22 - Fenderline

Abrasion resistance, flexibility and good grip are important for managing the fenderlines like making knots. We advise Fenderlines made of polyester. Polypropylene is sometimes also used for Fender lines. This material has poor UV resistance, poor abrasion resistance and a limited strength. It is cheaper than polyester and floats. We would not recommend Fenderlines of polypropylene.
