3 - Spinnaker halyard
In contrast with Main and Genoa halyards, low elongation is not so critical for spinnaker or gennaker halyards. It's after all not needed to trim these sails flat. Good grip and flexibility, in particular for yachts up to about 36 ft are important properties. Spinnaker and gennaker halyards are normally intensively used, especially during races. For large boats there is limited manual handling, therefore grip and flexibility are less important.
